Your investment with us is governed by the Terms and Conditions set forth below. These terms are obligatory and unconditional. Your opening and use of an account with TopFinancial is construed as a complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

II. Investment Terms.
- The lock-in period for any account is 210 business days from the date of your initial deposit with us.
- The minimum deposit requirement for deposits via e-currencies is $10.00.
- The minimum deposit requirement for deposits from available balance is $0.25.
- All additional deposits made into the same account are added to the account principal amount and are treated as one amount.
- You cannot choose different compounding settings for separate deposits into the same account.
- Only one compounding choice per account is possible at the same time.
- The minimum withdrawal amount requirement is $0.25.
- The interest rate is calculated based on the amount of the account principal.
- A varying daily interest of 1.1% to 1.4% inclusive is paid on account principals from $10.00 to $999.99.
- A fixed daily interest of 1.8% is paid on account principals from $1,000.00 to $9,999.99.
- A fixed daily interest of 2.1% is paid on account principals from $10,000.00.
- A more profitable investment plan will be assigned to the account when the account principal reaches the level required for the new plan.
- An individually-assigned VIP interest rate is paid on higher account principal amounts. The exact interest rate is calculated on an individual basis depending on the account principal amount.
- The daily interest amount is calculated and credited to all accounts at 9 am EST (Eastern Standard Time, UTC-5) every business day.
- Business days include all calendar days from Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays.
- You can open as many accounts with us as you wish.
- The compounding option is available to all accounts.
- Simple compounding option can be enabled and disabled at any time.
- The available simple compounding values range from 0% to 100%.
- The advanced compounding option is available to all accounts.
- The advanced compounding option can be enabled for a specific number of days, during which it cannot under any circumstance be disabled.
- The extra daily interest rate is dependent on the time range you choose.
- The predefined ranges for advanced compounding are: from 30 to 59 business days (0.1% extra rate), 60 to 89 business days (0.2% extra rate), 90 to 119 business days (0.3% extra rate), 120 to 149 business days (0.4% extra rate), 150 to 179 business days (0.5% extra rate), and 180 to 210 business days (0.6% extra rate).
- There is a 3-level referral program.
- A referral commission of 6% is paid on every deposit made by your 1st-level referrals.
- A referral commission of 2% is paid on every deposit made by your 2nd-level referrals.
- A referral commission of 1% is paid on every deposit made by your 3rd-level referrals.
- Withdrawals are verified and processed manually.
- Any withdrawals via e-currency are processed within 24 hours from the moment we receive a withdrawal request.
III. Account Safety.
By opening an account with us you agree to observe the following security measures to the fullest extent and without any exceptions:
- Always have an up-to-date firewall and anti-virus program installed on your computer.
- Never open emails with attachments unless you know the sender in person or are expecting such an email.
- Never reply to emails that purportedly come from us requesting that you provide or update your TopFinancial.com account details for any reason. We NEVER send out such emails.
